R&B artist Governor, once signed with popular music group and label "Grand Hustle" is one of the underrated singers. With two albums over his belt, Governor continues to release music under his label "G-Note". For those who aren't familiar, here's a track from Governor entitled "Out Of My Hands" featured on his 2006 album "Son of Pain"
